My goals 200-250 calorie meals, 100 calorie snacks
B: Protein Shake (Greek Yogurt, a little almond milk, strawberries, spinach, sf syrup, ice = LOOK ma no "protein powder") = 166 cal, 25g protein, 13g carbs, 3g fiber
S: 1 Cup Coffee; 1 Tbsp SF Caramel Powder; 1/2 Atkins Apple Crisp Bar = 97 cal, 5g protein, 11g carbs, 4g fiber
L: 3oz Tuna; Lettuce; Tomato; Cucumber; Onion, Peppers, Dressing = 231 cal, 30g protein, 18g carbs, 5g fiber
S: String Cheese = 80 cal, 6g protein, 1g carbs, 0g fiber
S: 1 Scoop Nectar Roadside Lemonade; 1 Pack Special K Pink Lemonade = 130 cal, 29g protein, 6g carbs, 5g fiber
D: 1/2 cup Spaghetti Sauce (need to make when I get home); 1/2 Cup Zucchini Spaghetti

S: Since it was SOOOO good 1/2 Cup Meat Sauce = 142 cal, 11g protein, 11g carbs, 3g fiber
Todays total = 1,032 cal, 118g protein, 75g carbs, 24g fiber
Water: 18 cups
Vitamins: CHECK
Exercise: 3 miles on Treadmill (day 1 of couch to 5k) completed in 48 minutes shaved almost 3 minutes off my 5K time.
NEXT...
Breakfast: 2 Eggs, 1/4 Cup Cheese, 1 /4 Cup Salsa
Lunch: 2/3 Cup Beef Burgandy (crock potted this weekend!)
Snack: 2 Babybel Light Cheeses
Post Gym Snack: Turkey/Cheese Rollups
Dinner: 3-4oz of Shrimp in ****tail Sauce
Calories: 820
Carbs: 23
Protein: 100
Water: 6 so far...4 to go
Vitamins: DONE
Exercise: 30 minutes on the elliptical
Surgery Date: 8/22/2011 with Dr. Moazzez of Blue Point Surgical Group
B: hard boiled egg
S: iced coffee & 1 serving pork cracklins
L: 3oz. carnitas, sweet pepppers w/laughing cow garlic herb wedge
S: 1 serving turkey pepperoni
D: 6oz. "SF cheesecake" plain greek yogurt
This takes me to 753 calories a day, 31 carb grams, & 70 grams of protein. I gotta stick to this and if my diet changes today, I will update this post.
Water: 5 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 30 minutes brisk walking at work; 45 minutes of cardio tonight

S: I'll have a SF ice pop
Water: half done
Vits: ditto
Actually took a 20 min walk today which is better than I usually do...which is no exercise. i am really trying to change that and even 20 mins is better than nothing. Would love to see it hit 1 hr

S: 1/2 serving of a mint protein shake made with skim milk
D: hard boiled egg, 2 cheese cubes
Liquids: 2 cups so far, I WILL get to 64 oz.
Vitamins: will take on my break
Exercise: None today, working 8a-8p sitting behind a desk . I might try to walk the dog around the block when I get home, we'll see.
S: protein iced coffee
L: salad w 2 oz chicken, lots of veggies and gazpacho instead of dressing. Small trader joes mini pita.
S: another small pita, veggie omlette, fresh veggies
D: hoping for either a chili lime chicken burger or Morningstar pizza burger.
S: protein shake
